@ Kinshuk Arya :As far as I have read about iPAD, iPAD fills the gap between a Laptop & a smartphone. Its just another new cool device, which would still run on a system software which also runs on iPhone. If iPhone can broadcast live soccer games, so will iPAD. Both things can not be compared really.

Well, I don't think iPad could come up to its expectations, especially the fact that I cannot liste to pandora, while using iWork on an iPad, kills the deal. But I am sure, iphone OS 4.0 will bring it on. Meanwhile do check out the following:
